How It Works
A simple, secure, and guided step-by-step process to help you report a life event with confidence, care, and clarity—ensuring your loved one’s digital legacy is protected. If you have all the required documents ready, the process should take no more than 10 minutes.
Enter Your Details

You’ll begin by entering your name and contact information so we can associate the report with you as the notifier.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

For your protection, we require you to verify your identity using a secure MFA process.
Enter the Legacy360 User’s Details
- Step 3
Provide basic details of the Legacy360 user you’re reporting the event for — such as their name, email, date of birth etc.
Verify Your Identity

We use Stripe Identity Verification to securely confirm your identity. You’ll be asked to upload a government-issued ID and take a live photo.

Upload Relevant Documents

You’ll be asked to upload official documentation based on the type of event you’re reporting:
- Death – Death certificate
- Incapacitation – Medical certificate or legal letter
