Your Estate360 trial, renewal and account information.

When will I be charged?

You will not be charged during the seven-day trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your Estate360 subscription begins at $199 per year, billed annually per decedent.

Why is a credit card required?

A credit card is required to start the trial and support automatic subscription billing if you continue after the trial period. Your card information is entered through Stripe Checkout.

How do I avoid a subscription charge?

Cancel before the seven-day trial ends. Review the cancellation process and the trial end date shown during registration and in your account communications.

What happens if a renewal payment fails?

You have a 15-day grace period to update your credit card. If payment remains unresolved, access is suspended and your data is archived for up to one year. Reinstatement is available during that period for an administrative fee. You and your designated trusted contacts receive notice 30 days before permanent deletion.
