Terms of Purchase Agreement

Effective Date: Sep. 1, 2024

1. Introduction

This Terms of Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your purchase and use of inheritus360, our online software product (“Software”). By completing the purchase process, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Free Trial Period

We offer a 7-day free trial period (“Trial Period”) for the Software, beginning from the date of account registration. During this period, you may use the Software without charge. At the end of the Trial Period, your credit card will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the Trial Period expires.

3. Automatic Billing

If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the Trial Period, you authorize us to charge the credit card provided at checkout for the full subscription fee. The subscription fee will be billed on a recurring basis as per the subscription plan selected at checkout.

4. No Refunds

Once your credit card has been charged following the Trial Period, all fees are non-refundable. By agreeing to this Agreement, you acknowledge that you will not be entitled to any refunds, partial or otherwise, after the charge has been processed.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the Trial Period by following the cancellation instructions provided in the Software or by contacting our customer support. Cancellation will prevent any future charges but will not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.

6. Modifications to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or within the Software. Your continued use of the Software following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
